The 2019 Sotorrondero mixes Garnacha from Gredos (Real de San Vicente) and 15% Syrah from Méntrida and is round, juicy, ripe and fresh with clean aromas and flavors of wild berries and herbs and very fine and slightly dusty, chalky tannins. Very pleasant, with a soft mouthfeel and a clean, focused finish with a smoky bacon note. It fermented with full clusters and matured in oak containers of different sizes for one year. 10,986 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2021.
