The 2009 Pithos Bianco (Grecanico) was fermented in terra cotta amphorae. It shows gorgeous depth and purity in its fruit, along with a polished, elegant personality. Sweet honey, mint, rosemary add complexity on the multi-dimensional finish. This is another superb wine from Cos. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014.
