Inspired in part by Chateauneuf-du-Pape, this is primarily old-vine Grenache, packing ample black-cherry fruit into a ripe, round offering. Spice plays a more supporting role here than in the Reserve des Gardians cuvee, but there’s more power and weight here, framed by plentiful but softly ripe tannins.
