The 2007 Efeso Mantonico is yet another of the southern Italian whites made from a variety most people have never heard of. This gorgeous white offers lovely balance in its floral aromatics, ripe tropical fruit and subtle French oak; and has enough body to stand up to medium-bodied dishes. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2011.
