The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dense red color with crimson highlights. The aromatics exhibit notes of bell pepper and snow peas as well as cassis and black currant. On the palate, the wine’s slight green character is hidden by ample dark fruit flavors, good intensity, and a lengthy finish.
