The 2014 Barolo Villero moves over the palate with fine and smooth intensity. The wine releases elegant aromas of wild cherry, rose hip, mild spice and grilled herb along the way. Keeping in line with the classic characteristics of the vintage, the wine is compact in terms of mouthfeel and lean in build and structure. It sees 28 days of submerged cap fermentation and later ages in barrique for 18 months. Only 4,978 bottles were made.
