The 2009 Fiano di Avellino Exultet is another beautiful wine. This, too, comes across as a bit more held back and restrained than previous vintages, but that just seems to release the floral and mineral notes. At the same time, the Exultet has a level of polish, energy and creaminess that is rare for this indigenous white grape. This is a beautifully crafted wine from proprietor Luigi Moio.
