The 2008 Negre is made up of 50% Garnacha, 30% Carinena, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in seasoned French oak. Medium-purple in color with aromas of earthy minerals, cedar, herbal notes, and assorted black fruits, on the palate it displays a forward personality with savory flavors, good depth, and moderate length.
