Both the 1993 and 1994 Cuvee Classiques performed well in my tastings. Readers looking for the large-scaled, rich Cuvee Tradition should be aware that the 1989 ($37.50; 90+) is available. I did not taste Paul Jeune's 1993 or 1994 Cuvee Tradition (made from 60-110-year old, low yielding vines and meant to last for 10-20 years). Jeune has not yet released the 1990 Cuvee Tradition.
