The 2011 Fiano di Avellino More Maiorum is conceived as a white wine with long aging potential. It is refined in acacia wood barrels and ages for three years. It shows a pretty golden appearance and a generous bouquet that is redolent of yellow fruit, honey, apricot, tropical tones and crushed mineral. The wine is full and generous in the mouth. Fruit is harvested ten days later than average to achieve high density and concentration.

A distinctive version, with fragrant petrol, chopped herb and ground clove on the nose, and a rich and finely knit palate offering a creamy mix of glazed apricot, crushed hazelnut and singed orange peel.
