The 2020 Einzigacker is a pure Pinot Blanc from halved grapes cultivated in a north-facing vineyard. Vinified in 500-liter barrels and bottled in November 2022, the wine opens with an intense, very elegant and aromatic bouquet with yeasty sur lie aromas and some flinty notes. Elegant and fresh on the palate, this is a full-bodied, rich, dense and powerful Pinot with fine tannins and lingering salinity but also power and batonnage texture. Very cleverly made.14.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2023.
