The 2010 Richebourg Grand Cru is showing very well, unwinding in the glass with notions of ripe cherries, cassis, dried flowers and spices, framed by a deft touch of new oak. On the palate, it's full-bodied, ample and layered, marrying the gourmand fruit of the 2009 vintage with the energy and satiny-textured tannin that characterize the 2008. Pure and penetrating, it's reminiscent of the domaine's more recent 2016 Richebourg.
