From predominantly healthy grapes with just a few raisins to raise the body, the 2016 Rothenberg Riesling Sp?tlese is super clear and aromatic on the nose, with perfectly ripe (grape) fruit and slatey aromas. On the palate this is a lush, pure, fresh, finessed, very elegant and highly delicate Sp?tlese with generous and sensual fruit, piquant acidity and lingering minerals. This is another gorgeous Rothenberg that will age for more than two decades. Fermented in stainless steel.
