The Ausbruch style is typical of the Burgenland. It lies somewhere between Beerenauslese and TBA in sweetness, from the most shrivelled berries. This blend of Welschriesling and Weissburgunder has lovely acidity combined with sweet, poised fruit and powerful levels of dry botrytis. A complete wine, and still developing.——R.V.(11/1/2002)—— 93
