William Hill's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley comes almost entirely from its own vineyard, with just the 3% of Malbec coming from Stagecoach (the blend includes 9% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc as well). There's a nice hint of mint on the nose, plus ripe cherries and darker fruit as well, while the full-bodied palate is silky textured and easy-drinking, and the finish adds savory hints of brine, roasted meat and black olives.
