The bouquet is dry and austere with dried flowers, candied fruit, apricot and loads of crushed mineral or flinty stone. It shows beautifully evolved and focused aromatic qualities that give this wine a clear sense of elegance and sophistication. It is dry, medium bodied in the mouth with lasting structure and backbone.
