This is a blend of 56% Merlot and most of the rest Cabernet Sauvignon with just a tiny dollop of Petit Verdot. There’s an attractive opulence and lots of cedary, fruitcake-infused black currant fruit in this round, tasty, fruit-forward wine. It is a delicious, very up-front wine meant for consumption over the next 5-6 years. A member of the Alliance des Cru Bourgeois du Medoc.
