Although these Basque names are challenging to pronounce, this blend of 75% Hondarribi Zuri and 25% Hondarribi Beltza is an excellent white. Fermented and aged in stainless steel on its lees, it offers crisp, elegant, lemon/lime, grapefruit, and wet rock-like notes, excellent texture, medium body, and a dry, zesty finish. It would be perfect with grilled shellfish.
