The 2014 Therra is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano and Merlot, and the ripeness of the fruit really comes through here, even though the wine represents the cool 2014 vintage. The wine is a bit closed at the start and finishes on a dry note. There are some good tertiary notes, but at the end of the day, the tannins are just too dry. This wine is completely fermented in stainless steel.
