We finished the 2013 whites with the 2013 Condrieu Coteaux du Chery. While 2013 was a difficult, slightly varied vintage for Condrieu, this beauty doesn’t miss a beat and exhibits incredible tangerine, citrus, white flower and minerality to go with full-bodied richness and depth on the palate. It combines that rare mix of exotic, voluptuous fruit and texture (from Viognier) with riveting focus and freshness (from the granite soils) on the palate. Drink it over the coming 2-4 years.
