The 2013 Petit Hipperia is a blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot that matured in French oak barrels for 11 months. It has a very clear Bordeaux profile with notes of cured leather and Chinese ink, faintly animal and with a core of wild berry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied, quite dry and tasty. 55,600 bottles produced.
