The 2008 Encanto is also 100% Garnacha sourced from 80-year-old estate bush vines and aged in a mix of new and used French oak for 14 months. Intense aromas of Asian spices, incense, tobacco, and black cherry are followed by a wine displaying some complexity on the palate with the oak well-integrated into the layered flavors.
