The 2012 Vin de Mr le Baron is the current release, as there was none made in 2013–2015. This unique wine, a blend of 15 different grape varieties, spends two years in oak, one year in concrete and two years in bottle prior to release. This version is cedary and mature, with notes of vanilla and cigar box. Smooth and silky on the medium to full-bodied palate, it turns a bit tart and cranberryish on the finish.

The current release of this estate's flagship red wine is the 2011 Vin de Mr le Baron, which contains 15 different grape varieties and, as such, is only entitled to be labeled IGP Gard. This full-bodied, concentrated red features plenty of cedar spice, dark plum flavors, rich tannins and a velvety finish. It should drink well for another 5-8 years.

A field blend of 15 different grape varieties, all harvested at the same time and co-fermented (unusual by any standard) is the 2009 Vin de Mr. Baron. Deep ruby/purple, with notes of flowers, cranberry, boysenberry, black currant, red currant, licorice and some earth and spice, the wine is medium-bodied, classy and refined for what is basically a Cotes du Rhone.
