A blend of 30% each Bouboulenc, Marsanne and Viognier, plus 10% Roussanne, the 2020 Cotes du Rhone Coudoulet de Beaucastel Blanc features scents of apricot, pear, melon and citrus. Medium to full-bodied, it's a bit honeyed, plump and richly textured, with a long, chalky finish. It's a top-notch effort.

Slightly honeyed pineapple and ripe melon notes mark the nose of the 2018 Cotes du Rhone Coudoulet de Beaucastel Blanc. It's medium to full-bodied, round in the mouth and just a bit soft, so enjoy it over the near term.

Tasted prior to bottling, the 2017 Cotes du Rhone Coudoulet de Beaucastel Blanc, a blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc, looks to be a solid effort. There's a bit of honeyed richness to round out the tangerine and lime aromas and flavors of this medium to full-bodied wine and a long, vibrant finish.

The 2016 Coudoulet de Beaucastel Cotes du Rhone Blanc is a solid effort, although I never find it quite as good as the red. It features honeyed, perfumed aromas, medium body and a core of orange fruit capped off by a long, briny finish.
