Medium ruby, the 2019 Pinot Noir Marjorie Vineyard offers scents of raspberry preserves, Earl Grey tea leaves, licorice and an undertone of gravelly mineral character. The light-bodied palate is intensely flavored but delicately styled, with a silky texture and juicy acidity, finishing with ethereal perfume.

The 2018 Pinot Noir Marjorie Vineyard is a lovely wine, opening slowly to rhubarb, blueberries and cured meats with earthy accents. The palate explodes with unexpected flavor, bowling me over with its concentrated layers of fruit, earth and spice. It has a silky, fresh frame and finishes long and layered. This was made with 48% whole clusters and aged 17 months in 67% new French oak and should age very well in the cellar. 513 cases were made.

The 2017 Pinot Noir Marjorie Vineyard was made with 51% whole clusters and aged 18 months in 75% new French oak. Medium ruby, it has a very pretty nose: nuances of crushed stone, Campari, earth and blood orange mingle over a core of red and black cherries, rhubarb and cranberry. The medium-bodied palate has lovely, nuanced, amaro-laced flavor layers with a softly chalky frame and seamless freshness, finishing long and perfumed. 384 cases produced.

Medium ruby in color with a hint of purple, the 2016 Pinot Noir Marjorie Vineyard is scented of raspberry jam, cinnamon stick, black cherries and cardamom with notes of autumn leaves and porcini mushroom. Medium-bodied, it fills the mouth with dark fruits and spicy/earthy accents, held together with fine, firm tannins and mouthwatering acidity, finishing long and spicy.

Pale to medium ruby-purple, the 2015 Pinot Noir Marjorie Vineyard leaps from the glass with notes of cherry cordial, violets, rose hip tea and chocolate box plus wafts of forest floor and black pepper. Medium-bodied, the palate is tautly structured with firm, grippy tannins and a great backbone of lively acidity, finishing with lingering earthy notes.
