Ente replanted his premier cru Referts in 2010, and he decided to declassify their production to the communal level in this generous vintage, bottling the resulting wine as his 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Village. Mingling aromas of pear, citrus oil, dried white flowers and fresh bread with discreet hints of youthful reduction, it's medium to full-bodied, open and charming, with a satiny attack and a lively spine of acidity.
