Bursting with aromas of rose petal, peonies and red berries, Pataille's 2017 Marsannay Rosé Fleur de Pinot is medium to full-bodied, satiny-textured and gently phenolic, with a fleshy core of fruit, succulent acids and a light framing of skin tannin that lends both structure and interest. It's a blend of direct-pressed fruit and must that macerated for 48 hours.
