A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, the Fattoria Montellori 2018 Salamartano represents a selection of the best fruit from different sites with gravel, clay and other Tuscan soil types. The wine is rich and dark in color with black cherry, tilled earth and grilled herb. The medium to full-weight mouthfeel would work across grilled meat dishes. Only 5,000 bottles were made.
