The 2018 Chardonnay La Melle is a fresh and simple wine with bright intensity and purity, achieved thanks to simple winemaking in stainless steel vats. The wine offers fresh citrus notes, white peach and plenty of chalky minerality at the back for easy-drinking pleasure. No malolactic fermentation occurs. The first vintage this wine was made was 2006, and today some 30,000 bottles are released.

This versatile wine is inherently food friendly, thanks to its carefree style and its zesty finish. The bouquet opens to cheerful tones of peach, nectarine and candied almond.
