Pale ruby, the 2019 Pinot Noir Diversité offers broody scents of iron and earth over a core of dried red cherries, cranberries and orange peel. The light-bodied palate is bright and refreshing with delicate, earth-laced fruit and a spicy finish.

Pale to medium ruby-purple, the 2016 Pinot Noir Diversité opens with rose petal and violet aromas over cranberry sauce and cherry pie plus notions of black tea leaves and underbrush. Light to medium-bodied with a good core of spicy ripe fruit, it's framed with soft tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long. 168 cases produced.

Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2015 Pinot Noir Diversite has a slightly smudged nose of berry preserves and stewed tea notes with an earthy undercurrent. The medium to full-bodied palate is a little baked, hard and over-blown with a touch of bitterness on the finish.

The 2014 Pinot Noir Diversite is made by winemaker Scott Shull, the man at the helm at Raptor Ridge, and comes from three blocks across the northern flank of the vineyard with different soil types. It has a clean and precise bouquet with dark fruit than the C?te Est, blackberry joining the chorus of red berry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy ripe cranberry and blackberry fruit, a fine bead of acidity, quite structured, though perhaps needing a little more harmony and detail towards the finish.

The 2012 Pinot Noir Diversité comes from a mix of seven clones and was made by winemaker, Schott Schull. It sees 30% new oak for 11 months. It has a deeper color than the Cote Est. The nose is clean and precise with vivacious red cherries, cranberry and wild strawberry scents that gain more and more intensity in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe tannin, crisp acidity and plenty of fruit concentration on the finish without detracting from its finesse. This is a very stylish Pinot Noir and one of the finest recent releases from Le Cadeau.
