The 2021 Chardonnay B.A. Thieriot Vineyard is electric this vintage! It has pretty scents of peaches and lime peel with mineral tones of saline and iodine. The light-bodied palate is luxurious and satiny as it moves through the mouth, enlivened by laser-like acidity, and it has a long, shimmery finish. Offer it another 3-5 years in bottle. 398 cases were made.

The 2019 Chardonnay B.A. Thieriot Vineyard comes from vines planted in Goldridge loam in 1996 at 1,200 feet elevation. It has detailed, layered aromas of jasmine, quince, dried tarragon, chamomile, beeswax and candle smoke, picking up more nuance as it airs in the glass. The medium-bodied palate is satiny and intense, beginning with bright citrus and stone that segue to honeyed tones, and it finishes with tremendous length. 220 cases were made.

The 2018 Chardonnay B.A. Thieriot Vineyard is shy at this stage, offering touches of gunflint, saline and white blossom with notes of hazelnut, toast and quince. The medium-bodied palate takes its time to open to bright, tangy flavor layers in a rounded, satiny frame and with a long finish. Give this the time it deserves in bottle, as it's currently very shy.
