Produced from 100% Shiraz sourced from vineyards ranging from 60-125 yrs old, the 2009 -The Eleventh Hour- reveals a deep garnet-purple color and aromas of dried mulberries, ripe black plums and blueberry pie filling over hints of chocolate box, licorice and moss covered bark. Ripe, rich and full bodied, the generosity of fruit is well supported by a medium to firm level of rounded tannins and crisp acid, finishing with persistent dried mulberry and anise notes. Approachable now, it should remain good to 2019. Importer: Epicurean Wines, Seattle, WA; tel. (206) 923-1376
