The 2014 Meursault Les Clousots has a crisp, stony, Chablis-like bouquet with hints of chalk dust and blackberry leaf. I like the definition and the nuance here. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with real salinity here that cleanses the mouth. Moderate weight, again Chablis-like towards the finish--this is a beautifully crafted Meursault punching at premier cru levels.
