Deep garnet in color, the 2009 Boundaries Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely scented of warm blackberries, black currant and red currant preserves with subtle hints of dried herbs, cedar, toast, cloves and tobacco. Full bodied with a great concentration of taut fruit in the mouth, it has an approachable backbone of medium level grainy tannins and refreshing acid, finishing long. Deep garnet-purple colored, 2007 Boundaries Cabernet Sauvignon has intense notes of warm black currant, dried cherries and hung meat with hints of dried Mediterranean herbs and lavender. Medium to full bodied, there’s plenty of juicy fruit in the mouth here with crisp acid and medium-firm fine-grained tannins to support, lingering into the long mocha-laced finish.
