Talenti's easygoing 2020 Rosso di Montalcino opens to loud primary aromas of fresh cherry and forest berry. The wine is very fresh and lean in texture, but it has the inner brightness and acidity to pair with a classic pasta al pomodoro with extra Parmigiano grated on top. Production is 25,000 bottles.
