Full and dry, with excellent deep cherry fruit, the Riserva is impressive, and slightly less dense and intense than the Poggio Teo. It is also (at least now) a decidely more refined wine. With its fine mouthfell and even tannins, it shows more evolution, but will still benefit from a year or two of cellaring and hold well into the decade.——W.E.(11/15/2001)—— 90
