The medium-bodied 2015 Single Vineyard Seddon Vineyard Pinot Noir reveals the concentration and ripeness it was possible to achieve in what was a top vintage for Marlborough. Located in the Awatere Valley, it shows subtle notes of roses and black tea but also a ripe blend of red and black cherries. It's plush and creamy in texture yet fresh, lively and long on the finish.

This vineyard, located on the southern bank of the Awatere River, produces a wine that is always released later than its compatriots. The 2014 Single Vineyard Seddon Vineyard Pinot Noir displays aromas of thyme and cherries while being smooth, supple and fully ripe. Medium to full-bodied, it's silky in texture; it just lacks a bit of length on the finish.

Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2012 Single Vineyard Seddon Pinot Noir has a quite plummy / black fruit-laced nose with nuances of tree bark and cloves. Medium-bodied with good fruit concentration, the soft tannins hold through the finish with medium to long persistence.
