The 2013 Pegaso Granito is from vines in different zones of Cebreros (El Robledillo, El Arenero) where the soils are granite, at 800 to 1,000 meters altitude, and the somehow unusual year, cooler and wetter than the average, which seems to have resulted in very fresh and more floral wines. This is subtle and elegant, with fine-grained tannins and the texture of the granite that provides certain austerity. This always ages in large clay amphorae and used 500- and 600-liter oak barrels. 4,753 bottles produced.
