A blend of five different vineyards, including fruit from the premier cru “La Baude," the 2013 Chambolle Musigny Village includes 50% whole cluster and is matured in 40% new oak. It has an attractive bouquet with detailed redcurrant and raspberry preserve aromas that demonstrate good vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and nicely judged acidity, the whole-cluster fruit lending the finish vitality and delineation. This is an excellent village cru and comes highly recommended.
