The 2005 Arthur’s Reserve Cabernet (84%)-Petit Verdot (16%) is opaque purple/black in color. It delivers an alluring nose of toasty oak, violets, incense, black currant, and blackberry. On the palate this muscular effort is dense, layered, well-balanced, and long. It will benefit from 3-5 years of cellaring and drink well through 2020, if not longer. Lake Breeze was established in 1950.
