The compelling 2003 Hermitage Chevalier de Sterimberg is a blend of two-thirds Roussanne and one-third Marsanne, it tastes like a blend of liqueur of rocks, licorice, honeysuckle, and waxy orange marmalade. Given this cuvee’s low acidity, it is hard to know how it will age, but I would not be surprised to see it last for 20 or more years.
