The 2015 Riesling Kabinett is super pure, fine and smoky on the nose, a classic Mosel Riesling that shines and attracts, and is the cash cow of the domaine. Mainly sourced from the Zeltinger Himmelreich, this is a light and super clear, lush, precise and highly delicate Kabinett of great finesse and elegance. The finish is long and salty, revealing a stimulating grip and tension. This is a picture-book Kabinett at 9.5% alcohol (and 33 grams of residual sugar) and one of the finest I have tasted from the 2015 vintage. This is gorgeous!
