The 2015 Tres Patas was produced with Garnacha grapes from five different plots in the village of El Real de San Vicente in Gredos, from vines ranging between 58 and 62 years of age on granite-based soils. The full bunches fermented in 1,500-liter vats after a five- to seven-day cold soak. It matured in a combination of 500- and 600-liter French oak barrels and 2,000 liter oak vats. It is juicy and ripe without excess, showing balance within the warmer character of the year. It's very approachable, tasty and with a fine texture. 12,900 bottles were filled in October 2016.
