Pewsey Vale’s 2006 The Contours Riesling displays evolving aromas of lime tart, lemongrass, beeswax and toast with a hint of almonds and chalk dust. Light bodied, dry and very crisp in the mouth, it offers an excellent concentration of earth, toast and warm citrus fruit flavors with a long minerally finish.
