Speri’s 2007 Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso is a very pleasant, soft Valpolicella with pretty notes of perfumed red fruit and sweet herbs, all of which come together in a soft, pleasing style. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2012. This is a very strong set of new releases from Speri.
