Harvested October 10 (just before a return of rain, says Salomon), the Undhof 2007 Gruner Veltliner Wachtberg features yellow lentil and fresh green beans laced with lime and cress. Offering slightly less sheer charm and juiciness than the Hochterrassen, this rather adamantly dry Gruner Veltliner promises the potential of further depth over the next 3-4 years.
