The 2002 Chardonnay River Block offers a beautiful perfume of tangerine skins, smoke, white peaches, and tropical fruits. Full-bodied, with fine purity, good underlying acidity, and a sweet personality (from the glycerin and intensity), this sumptuous Chardonnay should hit its peak in 12 months and last for 4-5 years.
