The 1991 Oberhauser Brucke Riesling Spatlese reveals a bing cherry component to its spicy, richly fruity nose. It offers deeper fruit than the Niederhauser Hermannshohle, excellent definition, and a dry, tightly knit, closed finish. Both of these Spatlese will benefit from another year of cellaring; they should last for 5-7 years.
