The 1992 Oberhauser Brucke Riesling Spatlese lacks structure and delineation. It offers a decadently intense bouquet of sweet, ripe tangerine fruit and minerals. Rich, round, and off-dry, with gorgeous ripeness, but low acidity, it should be drunk over the next 3-4 years.
Hermann Donnhoff is unquestionably one of the stars of the Nahe. Many of his 1992 offerings displayed brilliant winemaking. A Terry Theise Estate Selection, imported by Milton S. Kronheim Co., Washington, DC.
