There are two barrels and two kegs of the 2017 Meursault La Sève du Clos, a stunning wine from very old vines in the lieu-dit En l'Ormeau. Offering up aromas of pear, Meyer lemon, tangerine oil, white flowers and hazelnuts, it's full-bodied, textural and amazingly concentrated, with a deep, layered core, laden with chewy dry extract and concluding with a long, resonant finish. Alluding to the vines' antiquity, Ente describes it as "a diplodocus."
